A lightweight, asymmetric, high capacity carabiner The Petzl WILLIAM Carabiner is a lightweight, high capacity asymmetric carabiner made of aluminium. It has a pear shape that makes it easier to attach several items of equipment. Its smooth internal design and the Keylock system make use easier. It is available with 3 different locking systems: the TRIACT-LOCK or BALL-LOCK system, or the manual SCREW-LOCK system.
 
The WILLIAM can be attached to the CAPTIV positioning bar to make it easier to position the carabiner on its major axis, to limit the risk of rotation and to keep it integrated with the device.
