Protection of Personal Data – Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data
This text is presented to you within the scope of the disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
We take all necessary technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
For What Purposes Do We Collect Your Data?
We collect your personal data in order to send commercial and marketing information by electronic means, to send you our events, presentations, product and service information and offers, and to be able to send you our surveys.

What Are Your Rights?
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up to date. For this reason, please inform us when there is a change in your personal data.
Pursuant to the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the rights to;

learn whether your personal and company data is processed, and request information about it if your personal data has been processed,

learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,

request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law, and request that the operations listed above be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

object to a result arising against you as a consequence of your personal data being analysed exclusively through automated systems,

request compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your request regarding the right you wish to exercise in person to info@rockstarsafety.com, or send it through a notary public or by the other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law.
