P-Line H1(A) Horizontal Lifeline (Vehicle Top) The Pirisafe P Line H1(A) lifeline system is the ideal solution for eliminating the risks involved in work at height in jobs such as repair, assembly, sampling and tarpaulin covering on top of vehicles such as buses, wagons, trucks, articulated lorries and tankers, or at every type of loading facility. As the fall distance in work on top of vehicles is very short, the lifeline must have minimum sag.
 
For this reason the posts of the construction are optimised to be placed at intervals of an average of 12 metres. * It can be installed continuously between 5 m and 200 m. * There is a special lifting system so that the guide cable of the retractable fall arrester does not snag on vehicles passing underneath. * A PPE cabinet with a warning sign and instructions for use on it is included in the system. * In addition there are 2 reinforced protection bars in front of each anchor post. * While the lifelines are made of 316 grade stainless steel, the construction components are hot dip galvanised according to the EN 1461 standards to provide corrosion protection.
 
The ladder system * In order to provide personnel with safe access to the top of the vehicle it can be manufactured in heights such as 3 metres, 3.6 metres and 4.10 metres in accordance with occupational health and safety and architectural rules/regulations. * All the components of the product are hot dip galvanised according to the EN 1461 standards to provide corrosion protection. When desired it can be manufactured in colour with electrostatic powder coating. * The gate from the platform at the top of the ladder to the top of the vehicle can be brought easily to the open and closed position by the user.
 
It has a patented counterweighted balance system. When the gate is opened it still has 110 cm side guardrails. When the gate is closed the guardrails also close. The P Line Horizontal Lifeline * With its construction consisting entirely of weld-free components it shows an advanced degree of corrosion resistance. * Thanks to its superior technology (containing no non-metal components) it has a lifetime (*) warranty. * Thanks to the spring tensioner with an indicator your line is always at the ideal tension and always under control. * Thanks to the connection end compatible with the facility earthing, accidents due to insulation faults are prevented. * With NFC (Near-Field Communication) technology, viewing the details of the product and tracking and inspection operations can be carried out quickly and simply via mobile phones.
