CT SPARROW 200R

It is a self-braking descender produced for use in rope access applications. It is suitable for use at high working loads. It allows the user to descend and ascend on their own working line. The descender is suitable for lowering two people. The user can lower the rescuer and the person to be rescued, or the rescuer can descend together with the injured person.
 
The braking system has been developed so that the rope provides more effective control. It has an automatic locking system and a functional control handle. Thanks to this handle the user can descend at a controlled speed and the descent can be stopped at the desired point without the need for any additional connection operation. The EBS (Extraordinary Braking System) safety system is activated if the handle is accidentally opened fully and the descent is stopped.
 
Features: Search/Rescue: It is EN 341:2011-2A certified. Working load limit 200 kg, maximum descent height 180 m It is only suitable for use with ropes of Ø 11 mm diameter. Rope Access/Descender: It is EN 12841:2006-C certified. Working load limit 210 kg It is only suitable for use with ropes meeting the EN 1891 type A standard and of Ø 11 mm.
