The PANTIN is a foot ascender designed for more efficient and less tiring rope ascents. Two different versions are available, for the right and left foot. It makes ascending a rope easier: It is used together with the CROLL, ASCENSION or BASIC ascenders It keeps the body upright for more efficient movement Its design allows the rope to pass through the device easily even in the first few metres Superior durability: The stainless steel cam offers excellent corrosion resistance The self-cleaning grooved toothed cam optimises performance in various conditions (such as frozen or dirty ropes) The HMPE (high modulus polyethylene) straps are resistant to abrasion Functional and ergonomic: Its compact shape allows it to stay attached to the foot permanently and prevents snagging It can be adjusted quickly and easily with the DOUBLEBACK buckle It comes off the rope with a simple backward movement of the foot A keeper is available as an accessory to hold the rope in the device during rope ascent There are two versions: Right and left foot Note: The Pantin is not PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
