BEAL GULLY II 7.3MMX50 DYNAMIC ROPE (GOLDENDR)

A Beal brand dynamic rope. It is used as a half and twin rope. It is recommended for use by climbers specialising in glacier, mountain and adventure climbing. At 36 grams per metre it is the lightest double rope on the market. It is manufactured using Golden Dry and Unicore technology. BEAL dynamic ropes are coated with a special chemical in order to extend the life of the rope by increasing its resistance to abrasion and wetting.
 
When the rope is new the friction between descent and belay devices and the rope will be reduced. Thanks to UNICORE technology it provides high abrasion resistance for experienced climbers. GOLDEN DRY combines 2 treatments in the rope: treatment of the core is added to the DRY COVER sheath treatment. As a result it helps produce a highly durable and waterproof rope. It can be manufactured in 40, 50, 60 and 70 metre lengths.
