BEAL BOOSTER III 9.7MM X 80M DYNAMIC ROPE

A dynamic rope model from the Beal brand. BEAL dynamic ropes are coated with a special chemical in order to extend the life of the rope by increasing its resistance to abrasion and getting wet. When the rope is new the friction between descent and belay devices and the rope will be reduced. Dry Cover: The rope goes through a kind of chemical treatment while being manufactured. This treatment increases the abrasion and water resistance of the rope.
 
It increases its resistance to heat, moisture and dust. Thermo Fluid: This is an infrared treatment that stabilises the sheath fibres and thereby makes the yarns more homogeneous. As a result of this treatment it has a more compact construction and better durability. Thanks to UNICORE technology it provides high abrasion resistance for experienced mountaineers.
